Hi dearest.
It has been sooooo long since our last post. Since we have facebook, blog seems a little useless now. Anyways, I've updated the things on the right section. IF I have time, I would change the blogskin. Meanwhile, practice hard and dance well for the performance @ Marina Barrage ^^

DAY 1HELLO dancers,lynette posting here! :)
The camp was fun, you guys enjoyed yourself right?
Remember to thank teachers, and seniors who helped with the planning of the camp.
okay, briefly talk about what we did.
So for those we missed it you all can at least know what happened? :)
We had breakfast, which was maggie in the canteen.
After that went up AVA room.
Played some bonding games.
1)The balloon bouncing thing.
2)See who cried the loudest?
3)Bumper chair. (Charmaine refer to it as habbo wobble squabble)
4)"OUCH!"
5)Xi Shua Shua Dance.
after that we changed location, moved our bags to the music room.
and went hougang point to have our lunch.
Went back music room, had dance practice :)
Danced our 2009 SYF dance, which deproved alot from the standard that we went for SYF...
After that we played water bombs,
Junior VS Seniors.
Was very very fun, but very very sunny too =x
Then we had BBQ session :)
Teacher bought alot of foods, thank you! :D
hahas, alot of food was charred by the flame.
Around till 9+, cooled down the BBQ pit.
when to bathe, taking turns.
when everyone's done, we went back music room.
YanQi & LiYing went home, they did not stay overnight.
Wanted to watch enchanted before sleeping, but visualiser not working.
Jiaxin told us to write our names on a piece of paper, then people can come and "tag" you,
did for the teachers too :)
After that lights out, but only 3 people sleep.
Then only left 1 asleep, elaine.
HAHAS, alot people cant sleep, its really very uncomfortable.

Day 2Woke up around 7+.
Suppose to have our morning stretch,
but no time, went straight to hougang point for breakfast.
After that played water bombs again, finished up all the plastic bags.
People were aimed and alot more drenched than yesterday.
Cause they aim people that are not so wet, so ending up everyone's wet :)
Cleaned up and went back music room.
Did Sec 1 Orientation stuffs, like the cards for them.

Finally, an update.
We did well for both SYF and Arts fiesta,
duh. Haha. So now, the secondary fours are graduating sooooooooon. I don't even know if we are allowed to
sneak back in to dance. (hehe)
Ohwell, we'll miss all of you juniors.

Hmm.
I feel that dancers who only turn up for dance for 5 mintues to let's say 20 minutes is unfair to those who turn up for the whole 2 hours or so, and get marked as present in the attendance. I don't know, that is how I feel.
Let's say Dancer A came from 3.30 and danced till 6pm and got marked as present. Then Dancer B came to dance at 5.30 PM or worse, 5.45PM and also get marked as present. It's like, you only danced for perhaps 2 times and off you go, to your little cozy home. Or worse, those who come, remained in their uniform and didn't dance because it was time to go home AND THEY FRIGGING GET A TICK FOR THEIR ATTENDANCE. AND COMPLAIN WHEN THERE IS A ZERO WHEN THEY TURNED UP FOR 2 FRIGGING MINUTES. Now, isn't it unfair for Dancer A?
Another example would be you and your friend have been assigned to do this project. You did almost all of the research and your friend only did a little fraction of it. In the end, both of you got an 'A' grade. Now tell me, is this fair to person A?
What I'm trying to say that, a lot of dancers have been putting in a lot of effort for dance. Coming every day without fail, and not being late, okay maybe 15 minutes late. I can say I am one of those who turn up for practically every dance lesson. So, the number of hours we spend in dance is totally, absolutely not not not equal to those who always come very very late. Get my point?
I just feel it's unfair. I don't know. I just wanna voice out.
What do you guys think?

Hello pretty-darlings!
Dance today was especially funny and enjoyable, isn't it? The curse thing going on and yeah, it was fun. 11 more days to SYF and we seriously hope we can achieve a better result. So our 6 days practice, or what we call the intensive trainings, would be the most most crucial practices because after that, SYF would be over.
BUT, whatever result we would get, whether it is above or below our expectation, we still have to give a Hundred and Ten percent of our effort.
What if we see ourselves getting above of what we expected, we would be so damn over the moon. But what if we see ourselves getting below of what we expected, isn't it disgracing? It is to me. So I hope you girls can seriously spend these last 6 days, concentrating, practising and everything FOR the syf and for us, the whole dance group.
Let's all do our very best okay?

Hello dancers.
Today was hell isn't it? Staying back just to practice our dance steps without the teacher. As most of you was not able to see the whole 'after-effect' of the dance ( after Yuling and Jiaxin teaching you guys pensively ) , I assure you that it is hell neater than before except for one or two sabotages. Keep up the good work and we will have a higher change of getting another Gold Award. As long as we are neat, and we dance as ONE instead of all 21 of us, we so can beat the other schools.
So, we definitely have to change our attitude towards dance from now onwards, because everyone of us are able to dance as well as YuLing, am I right? I myself, is a perfectionist during dance, I try and very best to get the steps right, improvising the ugly bits and hoping that it will reach the teacher's expectation. So if you can dance as good as yuling then I have nothing to say because if you know you are not, then work on it.
I know some people in the dance can't even be bothered because of some issues like they are not in the front, and they think that they can't be seen and all those craps. But, hell no, everyone makes up this dance, without any one of us, this dance will seem to be lacking of something. It's the team spirit that keeps us going, that keeps the whole group together. Understand?
So, I shall see you guys on Wednesday then.
